Details of my new favorite city, nice memories for a great sunny Sunday: Montmartre always lovely stairs; the Canal Saint Martin through a window; le Grand Palais spectacular ceiling; a selfie in the Paris Art Fair; café, faces and reflections, near the Pompidou Centre; Cortázar, Borges and Onetti for only €2,00; the answer to life, the universe, and everything at the Rue Bonaparte; my friend's Dani fantastic elevator that arrives at the middle of the staircase; and a bridge, Pont Marie... je crois, mais je ne suis pas sûr.

Early Spring Break II

Some common and not-so common views of lovely Brussels. Yes, the Manneken Pis is ridiculously small. Yes, Belgium beers are the best in the world. I really want to go back and have more time to properly enjoy and get to know Brussels... any recommendations?

Arrivals and Departures

My mom's visit to Buenos Aires ended a couple of hours ago :( I'm gonna miss her a lot, we had a great time. Now I can/must start dieting... again. I've been eating a lot. Delicious meals, no doubt about that, but my body needs some fasting.

This week we went to Punta del Este for a mini-break within her mini-break. This are some images of that lovely trip. As a soundtrack a song of Feist I've been listening in my head a lot recently.

Spring

No sé si son las vacaciones o si de hecho es la primavera, pero hoy cuando salí (a dos cuadras de mi casa) amé todo: el verde, la luz, el clima, la gente, las flores, incluso la pantufla rara que guindaba de un árbol.

I don't know if it is because I'm on vacations or if it is indeed the spring, but today I went out and I loved everything; the green, the light, the people, the flowers, even the strange shoe that was hanging from a tree.
